Delivery Terms

Northern Ireland
Our team will aim to despatch your order as soon as everything on the order becomes available. Lead times for products may vary and an indication of their status ("In Stock", "Currently Out of Stock" or Delivery 3 to 5 days) will be displayed next to the part number at the point of adding a part to your basket. If an item is expected to be out of stock for more than 7 days, the item will be refunded and the remainder of your order will be despatched once everything becomes available.
Northern Ireland orders are delivered via DPD Couriers, a signature will be required on delivery so please ensure that there will be someone at the address to receive the parcel. Please examine the delivery for damage before accepting and signing for it. Once you have signed for the goods, no claims for damage can be accepted.
All orders within Northern Ireland are charged at just £6.00 + vat per parcel up to 30kg. Quotations for unusual sized parcels will be given before we process the order.

Land-Rover-Parts-Shop.com has always prided itself on its reputation for supplying the highest quality range of parts for Land Rover vehicles, but at very competitive prices. The majority of the parts that we offer are purchased from Original Equipment Manufacturers.

OEM Parts - Original Equipment Manufactured spare parts (OEM parts) are made by the same companies that supply parts to Land Rover. They are made to the same quality specifications, but are supplied in either the manufacturer's own packaging or in the suppliers own packaging. OEM parts can normally be supplied at substantially lower prices than the same genuine Land Rover parts or accessories.

Quality Land Rover Replacement Parts - if delivering replacement parts, we only supply "Good Quality" parts. These are usually manufactured by organisations that supply other vehicle manufacturers with similar products. For example our shock absorber supplier is an OE supplier to Mercedes, but not to Land Rover.
Replacement and OEM spare parts can normally be supplied at substantially lower prices than the same genuine Land Rover parts.

To back up our quality claims Land-Rover-Parts-Shop.com provides a 12 month warranty period on all parts sold.

Returns

Before returning any goods please read our Terms and Conditions.
1. land-rover-parts-shop.com m ust be informed in writing of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day after delivery.
2. All items returned must be accompanied by either the relevant invoice or appropriate proof of purchase, i.e. credit card slip.

Please contact the above for an address, or return to the address on your invoice. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.

VIN Numbers

Find and record your complete Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) from your Vehicle Identification Plate. This is usually located under the bonnet on the bulkhead or on the side of the engine compartment.

A typical Vehicle Identification Number will look like this: SALLJGMM3MA123456

The first nine characters define the vehicle, in this case, a 4 door Discovery, 3.9 RHD automatic.

The model year and chassis number are represented by the last eight characters of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Take a note of these.

The 10th character, in this case M, is the model year code, see this table to work out the year.

The 11th, A, is the factory code (A = Solihull - if this is F, call for help as the vehicle will have been assembled overseas and may have non-standard parts fitted.)

The 12th to the 17th characters, 123456, form the chassis number.

9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Northern Ireland.

10. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you must stop using this site immediately. We reserve the right to prevent you accessing this site, without prejudice to any of our other rights, if we consider that you have contravened our Policy on Privacy and Use of Information or any of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.Parts ordered to customer’s specification cannot be returned unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as originally described.

2. All part orders cancelled in writing within 7 working days (Commencing the day after receipt of the goods) will be credited in full. Any parts that have been correctly supplied and are cancelled after this period may be subject to a 25% minimum handling charge. (Damaged or faulty goods may still be credited after the 7 day period dependant on the circumstance)

3. Any shortfall or damage to goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods.

4. All parts being returned for credit must be in a re-saleable condition. Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted or if sealant grease has been applied. (With the exception of faulty goods)

5. We reserve the right to refuse exchange units that are considered to be in an unserviceable condition.

6. Surcharges must be paid for upon purchase of the unit and will only be reimbursed when the unit is accepted by our surcharge department. Any surcharge will be reimbursed in full if the order is cancelled in writing within 7 working days (Commencing the day after receipt of the goods) and the surcharge unit will be returned. (This only applies to goods ordered via the internet) Warranty / labour claims will only be considered on faulty goods. 7. Items returned for credit must be accompanied by the relevant invoice or proof of purchase.

8. All parts and accessories from land-rover-parts-shop.com are guaranteed. Please check individual specification and guarantee available for the product at the time of purchase.

9.Internet orders are subject to a delivery charge, this charge will vary depending on the product. All charges will be notified before completion of the order.
