Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. When you have finished making your selection(s), click on "Order" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. We also accept Switch cards and all bank debit cards. If you are paying with a non-U.K. credit card your credit card company will convert your transaction with us into your own currency.

All credit card numbers entered on this site are encrypted using 128 bit encryption when the order is placed. However, you will not see the closed padlock sign here. The numbers are only decrypted after they reach our computer and they are not held in clear text on any web site. If you prefer to use a page which does show the closed padlock sign to send your credit card details please go to our secure reply page at https://svweb1.hiway.co.uk/multiplex/dingocroft/secureorder.html. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax or snail mail.

Payment may be made by a cheque drawn on a UK bank but please allow up to 10 days for payment to clear. Only when your cheque has been cleared can we dispatch your goods.

We do not debit your credit / debit card until your goods are ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Webshop Pricing
Prices on this webshop are generally lower than those across our sales counter. This reflects the lower overheads with a webshop.

Shipping And Handling
The shipping charges shown are for our 'standard' service. We use various carriers depending on destination and weight to provide a reasonably quick service (see delivery schedule) at a competitive price. However, if you have a preferred carrier, need an express delivery or are ordering large quantities, we will endeavour to tailor the service to meet your needs.

Delivery Schedule
Our aim is to send out your complete order in just one consignment. Consequently dispatch may be delayed for 2 to 3 days to allow us to source any back ordered items. UK deliveries should be received within 5 working days, European deliveries within 7 working days and within 10 working days to the rest of the world.

Whilst we do our utmost to keep to promised delivery dates, these must be treated as estimates only. We cannot guarantee same day dispatch but goods will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods.

Back Orders
Our aim is to send out your complete order in just one consignment. Consequently we attempt to source any non-stock items within 2-3 working days and then dispatch your order. If we cannot source all of your order within this time we will email you for instructions. For example; you may instruct us to send what we have and cancel or back order the remainder, hold all goods until the order is complete, or even cancel the complete order.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . Non EU Customers - Please note our prices do not include any local import taxes or customs duties. Charges levied on import are payable solely by you and we strongly suggest that you ascertain what charges are liable prior to you ordering goods.

Guarantee
All goods are supplied with a minimum 6 months warranty to cover faulty goods or workmanship. This is a parts only warranty and does not cover labour or shipping charges. We will replace goods or credit the purchaser with the value of any defective goods supplied by the Company. The Company will only do this if it is satisfied such defects arose solely through faulty material or workmanship in manufacture, and such goods are returned immediately upon discovery of the defect. We will not normally consider any claims made after 6 months from the date of supply. The Company will accept no liability for any consequential loss or damage.

Our office hours are 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 2.00pm Saturdays. Our " Bricks and Mortar" shop is also open during these hours.

Privacy Policy Dingocroft (Penn Rental Service Ltd t/a) will not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy
All goods offered via 'Dingocroft's Digital Dispensary' are returnable within 14 days provided they are returned unused and in the original packaging. Every effort is made to supply parts correctly; it is the customer’s responsibility to check that parts are correct prior to fitting or carrying out preparatory work to the parts. It is our policy to accept returned parts for credit or exchange, incorrectly supplied or otherwise, provided they are returned undamaged, in the case of body parts unpainted, and in the same condition as sold. They must be returned in their original packaging and fit for re-sale.
