How do I qualify for Free Shipping?
Land-Rover-Parts-Shop.com offers free shipping on orders over £60 (not VAT inclusive) to customers on UK Mainland (including Highlands and the Isle of Wight) only. Our free delivery service is subject to weight and dimensions of your order. Anything over 30KG's in weight or 1.5M in length will require a custom carriage charge.
My method of payment failed, what should I do?
Land-Rover-Parts-Shop.com only removes your basket once a succesful payment has been made against the order. If payment fails, simply go back to your basket and checkout again using a different method of payment. We will remember your basket for you if you have to leave the site so that when you next return to the site from the same computer, your basket will still be there.
How do I get fitting advice for my parts.
You can contact the supplier using the contact us page. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding fitting.
What are the differences between parts with the same base part number?
For one Land Rover part number, Land-Rover-Parts-Shop.com may offer a number of brand variations. While the part is fundamentally the same part, some people have a preferred brand that they like to use; others prefer to use Genuine Land Rover parts; while others want to simply save money. We offer this choice so that there will be a brand to suit your preference and/or budget. Please remember however that all of our parts undergo strict quality approval testing before being added to our site and are all backed by a 12 month warranty.
I need to cancel my order, how do I do this?
You should contact the supplier directly as they will have to issue a credit against the payment method that you used to place the order. You can contact the supplier using the contact us page.
How long will my order take to be delivered from when i place it?
This depends on a number of factors. Orders placed in the afternoon and evening are usually processed the next day and orders placed friday pm, saturday and sunday will be proccessed on mondays.
We do carry a large amount of stock and have access to massive stocks at our warehouse, however items do sell out and there are items that we may have to order in for your particular order. Depending on timings this can take a few days for them to arrive with us.
We endeavor to process your order as quickly as possible and we work closely with our suppliers to try and ensure we can offer good availability on the products that we sell however we cannot promise that every item will be available from our stocks at the point of order.
For the UK, once the carrier collects the goods they are usually delivered within two WORKING days (depending upon your location) so items shipped on a Friday should be delivered on Monday or Tuesday if on uk mainland. It is up to the customer to ensure that someone is there to accept and sign for the goods. Offshore areas may take longer.
How much will shipping cost to my country?
This will depend on the size and weight and number of packages.
Add the part or parts you require into the shopping basket and go to check out . Select your country from the list and fill in all your personal detail including the shipping address if different to the invoice address , please note that there may be problems with payment authorisation if the shipping country is different to the invoice country.
Next submit the order to us, this will then either calculate the shipping cost and allow you to complete the order OR your details will be sent to us for a carriage quotation, we will work this out and send back the shipping total and a secure link for you to complete the purchase.
